The purchase conditions below apply to purchases in Norell Möbel AB web shop norellmobel.se. To purchase a product in the web shop you must be 18 years or older.
We reserve the right to retrospectively correct any errors regarding price and delivery.
We reserve the right for any typographical errors in product information and catalogs, final sales and suppliers' price increases and for product images do not always accurately reflect the true appearance. Order fabric, stain or leather sample from Norell Möbel AB for the best information about the material and color. The easiest way to order a sample is by e-mail, firstname.lastname@example.org.
ORDER OF GOODS
Orders can be made online 24/7. We handle orders Monday to Friday from 10 am - 15 pm. Orders made outside of this time will be handled the next weekday.
When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation. If you think that the confirmation does not match your order, you should promptly notify Norell Möbel AB by phone +46 3804 0480 or by e-mail email@example.com.
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide as a part of the purchase is correct, because Norell Möbel AB does not approve or check this information.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The current price is, subject to obvious typographical error, that at the time of the order indicated in the consolidated overview of the order before accepting it on the web shop. All prices are given in Swedish kronor (SEK) incl. VAT (25%) and shipping within Sweden.
When your furniture leaves the factory for delivery your invoice that has been sent to you by e-mail gets activated. We cooperate with Klarna regarding invoice and payment. In our online store, you can choose to pay the whole sum at once or payment of 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Whatever the term, the first payment is due 14 days after the billing date. Cost of the different payment options you will see when you select the option at the checkout.
Your piece of furniture is manufactured on demand. Once your order is registered with Norell Möbel AB, we can specify an approximate delivery. Production time is approximately 4-6 weeks. Delivery is free of charge within Sweden. Delivery is made to the door/gate by the freight company used by Norell Möbel AB. The actual delivery time, and the time depends on agreement with the freight company. The goods are delivered assembled and packaged to the door or gate on the street. Check the box and packaging and report any damage directly to the driver who leaves you goods. Carrying the furniture is handled by you. Normally the driver will not help carrying.

Norell Möbel AB is working with freight companies who are specialists in handling furniture. Delivery can take place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours, and our shipping agent will contact you to schedule delivery and confirm delivery date. It is your responsibility that the order can be received. It is important that you ensure that the ordered goods can enter through the front door and enter the residence to the desired room.
After you receive your order confirmation, you can call to request price on carrying into the apartment. We then need to know the number of stairs up and if there are other obstacles that could hamper carrying. You or an adult who has authorization from you is required to be present to acknowledge receipt of goods upon the delivery of the furniture. If there is no adult at the delivery address on the agreed delivery time, a delivery fee of 1,200 SEK will be charged for uncompleted delivery and a new date for delivery shall be agreed.
An extra delivery fee is charged every time no adult is available to acknowledge receipt at the agreed delivery.
When you receive your new furniture, it is important that you check if the goods are without damage and to note if there is visible damage. If everything is as it should the shipping staff will ask you to sign the acknowledgement receipt.
If the packaging is damaged or have other visible signs of defects, write a note on the consignment note with a reservation due to damage of the contents, or don’t accept the item and ask the driver to take it in return.
If a product appears to be damaged or defective after unpacking we ask you to promptly, no later than within three days of delivery, to please contact our customer service to help you solve the problem. All goods sold by Norell Möbel AB are goods on demand adapted to your wishes. When ordering goods you agree that Norell Möbel AB begin production of your order, and your right of withdrawal therefore falls away.
Cancellation of an order can be made against a charge of 10-100% of its value, depending on the type of goods and the time of the cancellation.
Although Norell Möbel AB has done as much as possible to set the color and quality as closely as possible, the color can vary on different screens. Norell Möbel AB cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces color correctly. If you are unsure of the color, you can order a fabric, stain or leather sample in the web shop or visit one of our retailers where you can also buy your goods directly.
Colors can also vary from different dye baths and preparations, and Norell Möbel AB shall not be liable for minor deviations in color shades, whether it is in relation to the color sample or monitor.
Norell Furniture reserves the right to change prices listed incorrectly on the web shop. It is the price in the order confirmation that applies. If this is not consistent with what you perceive who the product price, you need the latest within one day after receiving confirmation contact Norell Möbel AB for clarification. If you do not agree with Norell Möbel AB on this occasion, you own the right to cancel the goods free of charge.
Norell Möbel AB is freed from fulfilling the delivery of the correct fulfillment thereof is prevented due to circumstances beyond its control and Norell Möbel AB could not reasonably have anticipated at the time of agreement and the consequences of which could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, such as labor disputes, fire, accidents, war, government decisions or other relationship that has been outside Norell Möbel AB control and which substantially affects Norell Möbel AB proper performance of the contract. Delivery will be fulfilled as soon as such a situation ceases to exist, if you have not previously canceled the goods.
